Small Group Programs:

Want more attention than a large group but don’t want to pay for 1 on 1 training? Grab 2 or 3 of your friends and have a program designed for a small group. You can hold each other accountable and it’s a great way for you to see dramatic results while splitting the cost with your friends!

$60/session per person: 45 minutes


Get 1 on 1 coaching with Josh. Some ideas to include on your consult are recovery, training, endurance, programming, sports specific training, mechanics, injuries, strength and conditioning.

Your consultation can be in person, over the phone, FaceTime or Skype.

Corporate Wellness Programs 

On-site classes provide an experience, not just information. Classes include topics on ergonomics, stress reduction, healthy eating and stretching.
