I’m a trainer in Wilmington, NC. I work with a wide range of clients: from athletes, to surgeons, to soccer moms to my mom.
My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. That’s really it.
Everybody is different and every body is different, so training programs are based on your individual needs. No matter who you are and what you do, I have principles that apply to everyone.
Staying active and training has always been a staple of my life. I like to merge a variety of fitness genres as a personal trainer. Whether its surfing, running, swimming or strength training, I enjoy using my love of movement and personal experience to help clients reach their goals.
Any trainer can yell at you and tell you to do 500 burpees and make you so sore you can barely walk, but what’s the point? There should be a method to the madness. My programs are structured to let you progressively meet your ultimate goal.
Safe training may not sound exciting, but it’s actually very exciting. You will see results from consistent hard work over time and you can’t be consistent when you’re getting hurt.
My programs are built on simple, proven principles, but my methods are always evolving so you don’t get stuck in a rut of doing the same thing all the time.
